Review: On ** June 2013 my friend and I bought tickets for a tour. These were the false advertising and lies that were fed to us:1. We were assured headsets, did not get it. 2. It's verbally advertised that the buses come every 20 minutes; we waited 40 and 55 minutes respectively.3. We were lied to about the stops on the Uptown Loop by [redacted] at the office after placing numerous calls to confirm whether we would make the Cruise Loop if we waited at Stop 16 on the Uptown Loop where we waited for 55 minutes.4. During these calls, we were told that the bus were 15 minutes away every time; [redacted] was rude and incapable and told us to 'take the train.'5. When the bus finally came (being the exact same bus as that morning), we did not get seats on the deck, so had to sit inside with no AC in the NYC summer and a bus driver that knew nothing about the city.6. When we went up to check what time the bus would get to the Cruise stop, we were informed that it does not go there.7. The 'tour guide' came downstairs at this point to find out why the bus driver was slowing down. When we tried to explain the situation to this man, he interrupted us saying 'I don't have time for this, I have a tour to run' and went back upstairs. We asked that the bus driver let us out at this point.8. We went straight to the office to get our money back and saw 3 other people get refunded because of the same complaints as above; we also found out at this point that GO NY Tours had only ONE bus available that day and that they completely overbooked themselves. We had no success, because the agent that sold us our tickets were nowhere to be found.9. I sent an email 08/**/13 to customer service explaining the whole situation and got offered a 're-boot' of our tickets valid for 24 months by an Al who identified himself as the quality control supervisor. I explained that we were not getting to NYC again before then and we never wanted to use them again. This person refuses our refund, as he calls our tickets ' partially USED'.Desired Settlement: The exact amount we paid for the tickets; $108.00 back on a credit card or as a money order.
