Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I'm am not satisfied with this reply, because it's yetanother insult from the owner [redacted] ***It's insulting to me and it should be insultingto the economy of the commonwealth to hear a local merchant/business call acustomer who has spent a thousand dollars in the last ten months with theirplace of business, a waste of timeIt is also highly insulting for a business(***)to make uneducated statements on customers knowledge of business ethics, laws, localand state regulations, when ***(owner) has no knowledge of my education and understandof institutional business laws and regulationsI have and will provide videorecording of ***, dumbfounded, unable to verbally or in documentation provideme with the stores policy on returns when asked; [redacted] could not tell me the percentageon his stores "restock & credit card fees", because at that time asyou will see in the video there were none, nor did [redacted] care to explain in aprofessional manner or at allI have returned purchases at the 4th streetstore, without incurring or being informed of any such policiesThough ***,may have now implemented a "restock & credit card fee", at thetime of the incident there were none***, basically told me he was going tokeep my money to make up for his credit card fees, which I am aware is the responsibilityof the merchant/business, not the consumer, unless posted in policy which itwas notWithout knowing the percentage of the "restock & credit cardfees", a documented policy; how do I, the consumer, know if the merchantis just trying to steal my moneyThe whole incident that day was highlyinsulting, infuriating and discouraging to my effort to become involved in cycling,I had been feeling and felt that If I was not buying a five thousand dollarbike, my business was a waist of their timeAs I requested previously, theonly resolution to this issue is the full return of the money that was stolen from meIf I do not receive theremaining balance within thirty days I will proceed by filing a complaint withthe office of the attorney general, and I will also forward a letter to officeof mayor [redacted] to inform them of this indigent run and discouraging cyclingretailer.Regards, [redacted] ***

worst service ever!! horrible Customer services will drive out of my way to make sure I never give them a dimecalled the customer service line got a combative rep not helpful and making excuses for the awful service

I'm am not satisfied with this reply, because it's yetanother insult from the owner [redacted].
