Bike Land Cypress

Review: I bought a defected Mountain Bicycle from Bikeland and they don't want to deal with me.

I placed an order of Specialized MTB on Aug. 14th.

I paid $2600 cash to the owner on Aug. 15th.

I picked up the bicycle on Aug 19th.

I took the bike to trail on Aug. 23rd and while I was riding a front rim cracked.

I fell down from a bike and I got some scratches in my arm and leg.

I took the bike to the store and explained what happened to the owner of store.

The owner said it was nothing wrong with bicycle and he told me it was my fault.

So, he cannot help me with warranty.

If so, it is ok. I just need to replace the front rim.

I am unhappy because the owner doesn't believe me. He thinks I am lying.

Maybe he is too lazy to claim a warranty.

I read some [redacted] review after this incident, there are some bad reviews on them.

I don't want this kind of problem to be happened again to anyone else.

I just can't let this go.
