May 05, Dear [redacted] ,In response to your letter dated 4/25/I remember servicing this family during the date of purchase.I spent approximately minutes with parents and child in sizing and giving full detailed instruction as how a bicycle fits properly and to operate it correctly with hand brakes and gearsThe young girl had a understanding of the bike works we adjusted the seat and handle bars to fit her safely As she moved from a bike that she had outgrown I explained to the parents why this size was properI never made any statement " your daughter will be fine" the bike is the correct size for a child of her age and heightI do not have disregard for her safetyin regards to return policy on web site ,that is in reference to items purchased online ,bicycles are only available for purchased in store location .There is signage posted at the register with the stipulated return policy stating bicycles returned are subject to 15% restocking fee which I pointed out during her return visit, I also offered to exchange for the smaller size " wheel with out a service charge but the woman said no and left I will extend this offer through May 15,Regards [redacted]

1) THe sign that he referenced in his response about the return policy was behind a stack of things behind the desk that he had to move so my wife could see it the day she tried to return the bike. It was obviously put in a place that made the sign difficult or impossible to see for a reason
2) The web site's return policy does NOT state it is for online purchases or accessories only as is evidenced by that link here: [redacted]
3) After reading the [redacted] and [redacted] Reviews this location has a poor reputation already and has done a similar poor job when working with folks previously
4) My daughter will grow into the bike eventually but his wanton disregard for what is best for her as an 8 year old girl and me as the consumer has motivated me to direct any and all peopel I know looking for a bike to go to [redacted] Bikes across the street who are friendlier, more knowledgable, provide better service and do not pactice predatory sales practices.
I'll keep the bike but no one I know will ever buy from this location ever again. You got my $300 but likely lost out on much more- short sighted business men become poor business men quickly.Regards,[redacted]
