Bike nuts

I have purchased two mountain bikes from this company in wich I did not catch I was over charged $100, after calling the store and leaving two messages, the man who sold me the bikes returned my call leaving a voice mail apologizing for the mistake and stating I could come in for the refund or have it mailed to me, then shortly after talking to his boss he left another message trying to back track and get out of it. Since I've been in contact with the owner who claims he wants to make it right, all the while stringing me along with ideas and excuses. He is doing everything but resolve this matter,he says I can return the bikes yet when I say I can make it into the store, he claims hes not available. After doing some research on *** I'm not the only one he has treated poorly,this is his m.o. he seems to turn it onto the customer and make excuses. I only search for what I am owed. I have documented text messages as well as voicemail.
