The customer contacted us on August 22nd and we sent an inquiry with UPS to see if these was a missing packageHe did follow up on the dates stated and we should of special ordered the parts that were not in the boxWe reached out to the customer on September 29th with an email and a phone call to let the customer know we will replace the missing itemsThe customer has placed multiple orders with us and we hope he will come back to shop with us again

The customer ordered the incorrect jacket and spoke with one of our senior representatives on 2/We sent out the return instructions on the 28th and received the jacket back on 3/As per our policy on closeout items we issued a store credit for the jacket on the 12thYou can find this information on our return policy pageBikeBandit.com does NOT accept returns of items purchased when they are marked closeoutIn some cases, we may allow a closeout item to be returned/exchanges for Bandit BucksWhen we issued processed the return, an automatic email gets sent to the customer letting them know we have accepted their returnWe did get an email from the customer on Saturday the 28th and responded within one business day As soon as we saw the Revdex.com case come in, We reached out to the customer on the 30th and 31rst with the daytime phone number they provided and left messagesAs a courtesy we will issue a full refund of $back to their original form of payment

On 12/8/We sent return instructions for the grips that did not work
for the customers applicationOn 12/16/the grips arrived with no
manufactures packaging and was damagedThe customer spoke with multiple
reps and we verified they were the correct ones for his machine
In some
instances this will happen when a machine has been modified, in
this case the handlebars could of been switched out for larger ones
Because of the damages these are unsellable and the manufacture will not
take them back for a refundThe return was rejected and sent back on
12/19/The customer reached out to us on 1/2/about his rejected
return and we re-verified on the manufactures website that these correct
for his machineThe customer did admit to breaking the grips as they
were forced on the handlebars. As this was escalated to a supervisor we
gave him store credit for $towards another pair or anything else on the
website As soon as we received the Revdex.com case we once again verified the fitment and came to the conclusion that there must be larger bars on the customer's machineWe had a supervisor reach out to the customer and ask what would be acceptable and the customer understood the reason for the rejected return and would be happy with a percent refundWe issued a refund for $back to the original form of payment

The customer spoke with us via our Livechat service on 12/30/14 regarding his jacket. He was unhappy with the sizing of the jacket and wanted a refund. Since this was a closeout and the manufacturer will not take it back, we offered BanditBucks which is store credit. We sent him the return...

instructions on the same day and did not hear back until this Revdex.com case. We strive to offer the best customer service possible and called the customer on 1/5/15 and spoke with him about the return. We offered to take the jacket back for a full credit back to his original form of payment. We hope this satisfies the customer and welcome him back if he wants to shop with us again.
