Big thanks to Ritchie for getting me going with the best route to repair my daughter's bike. Absolute pro - and what a store.

Processing
4 Weeks later and no bike. Advertised free shipping, charged me shipping. Told me 10 days to receive, its been 4 weeks and the order still says processing. Call them, they don't answer. Email them, you get template responses with no accurate shipping information. Now dealing with getting my money back. Which ofcourse, is also processing.

Over a month and no bike......where is the "NO STAR" rating?
My kid was very excited that his birthday present would be early after reading the August delivery guarantee from bike bling's website. I ordered the bike on 7/28/2020 and it is now 9/8/2020 and the purchased bike has not showed up at my residence...not even an email 1 since the purchase date. I did, however, reach out several times and finally, on my 8th call, someone answered and apologized as phones were ringing off the hook in the background. As far as a recommendation, I don't recommend this company and will not purchase another item from them. Please take this review into consideration when deciding which company to purchase from

This is a great site if the shipping time is not a factor for youBike Bling does have good deals on quality productsHowever, they falsely claim most items ship in 1-business daysBoth orders that I have made took 5+ business days (currently on day for most recent order) to ship outThis is an unacceptable timeframe when they advertise on the website that orders usually take 1-daysA little bit of honesty would go a long way

Bike bling personnel was always very professional and courteous in the communications and never indicated that they would not fix the problem, but they really did not have any hurry to get this done. I had to call many many times, send a bunch of emails, I had to be chasing the people at
bikebling and at their distributor, that I had to file a claim with
Paypal and finally a complaint with Revdex.com to get this fixed. There is room for improvement on their post sales customer service.

Ordered a bike helmet online on the 28th of June. Arrived with no note, explanation, or apology of kind on the 14th of July. That is simply a ridiculous amount of time to ship a product from CA to FL. Nothing can possibly ship that slowly. When I called them to ask for an explanation, the manager replied with, "Yeah, that happens sometimes..." That's a verbatim quote, by the way. Not making that up. These folks sell thousands of items, yet have some awfully poor customer service skills. I will NEVER shop at BikeBling.com again. Very sad way to run a business.

vendor, who sent Mr. [redacted] a return label to ship directly back to them, and they offered an immediate replacement, or a new replacement that would come in within a week or two. Review: Real simple, I ordered several bike products the same weekend, and Bike Bling is still "processing", all the other things I ordered are HERE.

I have tried contacting the company and they refuse to respond.

I believe that Bike Bling does not have anyone that cares to sell me anything, I am not one of their local 'click', so my business doesn't matter.

I know, I should have checked out the yelp reviews before orderings, but here we are, an order that Bike Bling refuses to process and further refuses to allow me cancel the order.

I would suggest to anyone that they avoid this business simply put because they do not care, and will not care until they go out of business, who am I kidding, they will probably blame everyone else for their failures.

I had stuff arrive from CHINA faster, this business is use the Millennial Business model, actually surprised that they have to do work.Desired Settlement: I think it's obvious that Bike Bling doesn't have the product to send to me in the first place, so just cancel the order, second, stop pretending that you are in business for the general public, you serve your local buddies.

Second, stop pretending you have products for sale when in fact you do not have that product.

Review: I bought a training equipment with BIKEBLING on JAN 27 and the trainer came to my house defect. I called them several times and the service is very bad. I finally sent the equipment back to them. They want to fix it but I do not want a fixed unit. I want a REFUND. I still do not have a refund.

Both orders that I have made took 5+ business days (currently on day 7 for most recent order) to ship out.
