This vendor seems to have other connections with these businesses The original order was made thru [redacted] But it was shipped both times from https://www.vtwinmfg.com and then returned both times as per Biker Parts Superstore with the assigned RMA # ***via (USPS # [redacted] shipped costing $ 8.16)& RMA # ***via (USPS #***shipped costing $ 10.01) to V-Twins Warranty Center, [redacted] All items were recieved in good order as origanilly packaged un-opend by their warehouse Yet, when I tried to contact the vendor over & over I recieved no response or acknowledgementI finally spoke with him when he called me on January **, and informed me that he was having problems with his website & that he was unable to submit my refund thru my bank which I found oddbecause his website is accepting orders, responding to RMA request and my bank has informed me that no refunds have been neither posted nor attempted on my account I took [redacted] word that he was going to mail my refund including all shipping cost on friday, January **, But, nothing has been received from him as of this date It seems This vendor has several other business he is involved in and I contacted them as well and they informed me that he would be in touch butonce again, No ONE HAS CONTACTED ME YET and this vendor has cheated me out of all my money and is refusing to refund me I should have read the Revdex.com file on this vendor before I made my purchase because it seems he has done this to other customers and gotten away with it is someone going to stop this vendor from continuing in this sort of mannercan't any legal recourse be made by the state to punish this vendor?????

I ordered a part from them for $477.79 way back in 2012. After waiting about two months I called them and they said that the delay was a result of some damage caused by Hurricane Sandy, but that I should expect to receive the part soon. It never arrived and they have not answered their phones or responded to endless voice mails or emails ever since. I would be very wary of handing over any money to these people.

As Stated in my complaint. NO,, I am still not only waiting for a response but I have yet to recieved the monies owed to me. I am so disgusted with the manner in which this business has been conducting itself and especially with the manner in which I have been treated as a consumer.
 
How can this sort of pratice be allow or tolerated by the Stae of New York? Why is it that this business is allowed to recieve a license for i's business when it has such poor ratings and complaints such as these? You can see that this business has itself listed under other names and when you look it up the compalints aren't all listed under one business.
 
It is obvious that this company has done this to other customers in the past and instead of being penalized for their actions they are simply allowed to continue doing business as usual. It is allowed to continue cheating customers on a daily basis without any remorse. Being a New York native myself I am appauled with this sort of behavior. especially knowing publically that that such a business as this one is allowed to continue prospering without any interference from government agencies. It is such a disappointment.
 
Why doesn't the state of New York take some sort of legal action against such businesses? Take away it's privelaedges away the same way they take away licenses from individuals when they don;t abid by certain rules (like paying child support, etc.) We as consumers are not even protected by this sort of business pratice. except for having to take legal action in the courts. But, being from another state is a bit inconvient to seek justice in this situaution.
Instead all we can do is not do any further business with businesses like this, but in the mean time our monies are stolen from us and we can't do anything about it except accept it......
I truly hope that something comes out of this becasue, situtions such as this one only makes us even not want to even file a report with your agency becasue the outcome is so discouraging lately...

Review: Ordered a part from this company and was billed from another company, I was waiting for a confirmation email about shipment of the order and have never received one. Two weeks later I start emailing and calling this company with no response. Third week still no response so emailed and called to asked to cancel my order, still with no response. Order still shows "pending" from this company but have been billed from third party company under the name "[redacted]".Desired Settlement: I'd like my order cancelled and my money back from third party.

Review: On OCTOBER **, 2014, I purchased $81.04 worth of product from Biker Parts Superstore. Today the date is now NOVEMBER **, 2014 and I still have not received any Shipping confirmation but the money left my account the day of Purchase.Desired Settlement: I would like to either get my products that I ordered shipped to my house. OR a FULL Refund My money

Review: I ordered a product from their website on December *, 2014 and they immediately charged the credit card. It is now the middle of January and I

have no product, no way to reach them other than the website and they are not responding to emails. I am now seeing other messages on their

website saying this has happened to other people as well.Desired Settlement: I just want my money back so that I can go elsewhere to purchase the item they scammed me out of.

Review: I ordered a part #[redacted](Cost $111.89) back in December 2013, the part was incorrect and I returned it (at my own cost of $8.16). The company sent a replacement, that part also was incorrect. I returned the part back once again (at my own cost of $10.01).. both returns were recieved by their company but the refund I was promised was never sent. I tried on numerous occassions to contact them by e-mail, telephone and even thru their own website. But, my attempts have been ignored. I have not recieved any response or monies back as of this date.

Review: I have ordered motorcycle parts and it said parts would be shipped within 8 days. Its been over 2 weeks and they will not respond to a calls voicemail or email. I need either the parts or my money back. I belive I have been scammed 222 dollars.Desired Settlement: I just want my money refunded. I believe if I had issues with them my parts wouldn't be right and I would be out the money anyway. I will order somewhere else

Review: We ordered motorcycle parts totaling over $300.00 on December **, 2014. The order confirmation continuously says 'processing'. Parts have never shipped, but amount of order was deducted from bank account. 2 attempts to contact company by phone have been made with messages left and no one returns calls. Additionally, their 'contact us' link on their website is broken so there is no other way to contact them except via phone.Desired Settlement: Ultimately, we'd like the parts we ordered, but if not available, a full refund based on non-delivery of parts and no customer service support. Review: I placed an order (their Order #[redacted]) on May **, 2014 for a motorcycle part. Biker parts Superstore has 'classified' my order into their "Processing" status up to this day, Aug. *, 2014. "Processing" is defined by the company, something like, the order has not shipped. Biker parts Superstore website eventually informs the buyer via email that the order has been shipped and the order status will then change from "processing" to "shipped" and they will also email the 'tracking number'. I have left four telephone messages on an answering machine (on 6/**/14, 6/**/14, 6/**/14 and 7/*/14) with my order number and telephone number asking them to contact me; the last phone call was to cancel my order. Incidentally, Biker Parts Superstore charges a five-percent (5%) cancellation fee. None of the four phone calls have been returned. On 7/**/14, via their website, I had completed a "Return Authorization Request" (even though I have not ever received the motorcycle part) in an effort to contact the company and to have them at least contact me to confirm my desire to cancel my order #[redacted]. As of today, Aug. *, 2014, I have never received a response by phone or email. As far as payments made, Biker Parts Superstore has charged my credit card account for the motorcycle part ($89.92) and for shipping ($27.95) on June *, 2014.Desired Settlement: Biker Parts Superstore should apply a credit of $117.87 to my credit card and cancel my motorcycle part order immediately. I will not pay for the 5% cancellation fee; the only reason I have made attempts to cancel the order is due to the company's completely unprofessional business practice/poor customer service and deceit.
