Bikes 4 U

Review: In November 2014 I placed my [redacted] road bicycle worth $700 on consignment with store owner [redacted] was going to sell my bike and earn approx 10%. I contacted [redacted] in Dec/Jan/Feb and he indicated that the bike has not sold yet. I tried to contact him on 4/15 and all store/cell numbers were disconnected. I went to the store on 4/16/15 and it was completely empty with no inventory/signage etc. I was never contacted by the store or [redacted] to pick my bike up and therefore I consider the bike stolen while it was in the care custody and control of [redacted] Harrell and/or store manager [redacted]. I am looking to get my bike back and/or be compensated for my lossDesired Settlement: I am looking for the return of my bike and or reimbusement for the loss of the item. I have the purchase receipt dated 2-17-15 from Performance Bike listing total cost of bike and upgraded pedals worth +$700.
