Review: I thought I junked my truck but this company kept my plate and sold the truck to a neighbor who got a parking ticket in my name. The owner promised to pay me $400 to cover the $355 ticket and my costs but he has not paid and it will be 11 months. I call and he does not answer. The last time we spoke, he again promisedDesired Settlement: I want him to pay me the money he owes me,$400. I have every document needed to prove my case.
