Website Complaint Response:
The complaint received by [redacted] states that we did not honor our 30 day promotion. [redacted] claims that she paid for her thirty days on the 1/21/14. 1. I have a signed release form that is signed by [redacted] on 1/20/14. This form is signed by every student before they...

take class. 2. The information in our computer matches the signed form dated 1/20/14. 3. [redacted] refers to the salesperson as [redacted]. That is correct. [redacted] did indeed teach [redacted]'s class and I was practicing in the same class. [redacted] teaches at this studio on Monday and Thursdays ONLY as she teaches at other studios on the other days of the week. If we look at the calendar, 1/20 is a Monday the day [redacted] teaches. [redacted] does not teach here on Tuesdays and my payroll records also indicate that. 4. Additionally, if [redacted] checks her records of reviews made on [redacted], she will see that her initial review was made on.....wait for it.....1/20/14. The day she took her class. Not 1/21/14. It should be pretty clear by now that [redacted] did come in on the 20th. I received an email from her after her first class that she was uncomfortable being instructed by someone younger than her and her desire to have the class run differently to suit her. I tried to reassure her that although she was unfamiliar with this type of yoga she should try as many classes as possible as the thirty days promotion was a one time offer only. The more she tries the more familiar she will become with the yoga. [redacted] did come back but after her thirty days had expired. I was here the evening she came in and [redacted] was going to teach the class. [redacted] told [redacted] she owed as her thirty days had expired. [redacted] said she had paid on the 21st and that she had verified this on her credit card statement. I rechecked to make sure [redacted] was being accurate. He was. I told her that often the date on the statement will be different from the actual date of purchase. [redacted] was not happy. She threatened me with ...had I heard of [redacted] because she was going to go home and write a terrible review if we did not give her what she wanted. The fact was she already had written a review on the 20th and went home that night and 'UPDATED' it. I told her she was welcome to practice but she would have to pay the drop in fee to do so. Before [redacted] left she told all of us that we were a[redacted]. Despite [redacted]'s anger over this issue and her behavior at the studio, she is welcome to come try again when she is ready. As a business owner, I have met the promised obligations so no refund is required. I would respectfully ask that [redacted] remove her inaccurate and disrespectful reviews from [redacted] and be more factual in the future. Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this complaint. I have also enclosed copies of the signed waiver to the Revdex.com and to [redacted]
