I am rejecting this response because:i have never signed a contract and this is the first time I see this receipt in which my signature it is not visibleI paid with credit card which they had on file and just signed for the CC voucher or chargeIn the end they control their computers and can create any receipt they wantAlso, The fact the I bought the packages on discount does not mean they can keep my money if for medical reasons I am not able to attendThey pretty much try really hard for people to buy membership in advanceThey have all kinds of promotions and activities to motivate clients to pay in advanceIn years I was there, not once, I heard them saying the membership is non refundableIt’s just butchery and dishonest business practice. promotions

package, customer took 145 classes (client attendance log attached). Torres did not come during August and September of 2017 (I'm assuming due to car wreck) and resumed in October of 2017. We put package on hold during lost months and offered to have it on hold for even longer.  Had Customer paid 1 month at a time in order to not risk losing any money, client would have paid $1,490 for 10 months of yoga at $149 a month. But she didn't; she chose the prepaid option at a massive discount and paid $768.  And then proceeded to actually use said package.
