Bikram Yoga Temple

Review: In July 2013, I purchased a yoga package for $399 from Bikram Yoga Temple. I have never used this package and it was sold to me without an expiration date attached. Since the purchase, the yoga studio has changed ownership. Neither the current owner nor the previous owner are willing to refund the package, though it was never indicated that the purchase was non-refundable. I have been attempting to get this resolved for approximately 1 month. I would simply like the $399 refunded.Desired Settlement: Refund of $399 to be put onto original credit card or sent via check.
