I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I am rejecting this response because:I did not request any financing threw them. I had already been preapproved threw the U of I Credit Union and that is who I wanted my loan threw. I specifically told Travis I did not want them to run my credit as I am trying to repair some things on it already. They were pushy the entire time and were not very accommodating when asking to make a copy of my debit card and run payment on it for 4 four weeks. Also any communication they tried to do with me was threw a text message only NEVER any phone calls. Which was the same when I called about this credit inquiry they said I would get a phone call back and instead got a text message.

this. A couple of days later, he reached out and indicated there was an engine noise, which he also acknowledge and accepted the night of purchase. To help resolve the issue, we asked him to bring it in for diagnosis.In light of customer satisfaction, we decided to not charge Mr. Astramksy for diagnostic fees and further offered to purchase the vehicle back minus all the ancillary fees that come along with purchasing an Illinois vehicle. On that phone call offering, Mr. [redacted] accepted and agreed to meet personally two nights later, we received this notification and immediately called I'm on his cell pone in which we talked about what would ultimately make him satisfied beyond what we already did (that by state law we did not have to assist on AS IS vehicles). We furthermoreoffered a credit towards a future purchase with us. So we feel we have shown good faith, and have gone above and beyond on this experience.Sincerely,[redacted]General Manager
