Bill Acker Asphalt Contractor

Review: Bill Acker came to my home on Aug. 4 , 2015 around 7pm and said he had done a job up the road at [redacted] Co and had asphalt left and would give me a good deal as he had to get rid of asphalt he talked for about 30 minutes telling me many things and said he would do 100 sq yards for 2,000.00 and stop but when he finished said he was going to be in area the next day and would come and do rest of drive way I told him I could not afford it he said well just let me do the driveway up to and including the 2 car parking area and stop however when he came back he continued to say you should do more.I have 4 Change of order forms and do feel I was pressured he kept saying My word is my Bond.When Mr Acker came back for his money on the 6th of August I showed him several places in driveway and he said he would be back the next week.Have tried to get him to come back and he will not return my call. I spoke with him 1 time and he told me to never call him again but I did leave him a message and ask if he would call so we could set up an appointment but he has not responded.Price of driveway was $8000.00 paid by check on 8-6-15 .Desired Settlement: Would like the drive way repaired and parking area completed or a refund .
