Review: I purchased a pre-owned 2013 Chevy [redacted] on 09/25/2013 and paid $17502.46 which include $340.00 for registration/tag/title.I made a deal and told three different persons at the dealership that please do not get me the tags since I already have them which I will transfer from old car to 2013 chevy [redacted] and after few days I got call from dealership that my registration is ready. I went there to pick it up and it was new registration with new tags and I asked them why did u get new tags whereas I requested that I already have the tags. I was told sorry for the inconvenience and send back the new tags and process my old tags but it was to late because I had already told my insurance company to replace my old car with new car effective 10/08/2013. After few days I got letter from MVA that my tags will be suspended if I do not pay fine for the amount of $150.00 I went to MVA and paid the fine and avoided my suspension. I went to dealership and asked them since you did not process my old tags therefore MVA imposed a fine on me. The dealership refused to accept their fault and put blame onto me.I want your help in this regard because I got fine of $150.00 because of poor customer services of dealership and I want my fine money back from dealership.Thank you in advance.sincerely[redacted]Desired Settlement: I want the fine I paid to MVA for the amount of $150.00

[redacted] from our Tag and Title department spoke with [redacted] in the insurance compliance unit at [redacted] MVA, and she informed [redacted] that we can apply for the refund for the $150. the customer paid in error.

We will be gin this process today and per MVA it will take about 6 weeks to process, however, **. [redacted] will be refunded all monies paid to the Maryland MVA for this violation.

Review: I took my car in to get two key fobs. They contacted me the next day saying they got the keys and ready. I went their waited 30 minutes and had to leave. I went back Monday and they had issues going from neutral to first gear as well. I left it there and two days later my car had at least 10 miles on and they could not find any issues. Less than a week later it got worse and worse. Eventually to the point where I could not put it into reverse or even change gears. This was after they told me they could not program the keys saying its because I had a after market stereo and then switched it to the key not being cut. I took it to another Chevy dealership in Silver Spring and dropped it off Wednesday November 19, 2014 and now it is Novemeber 24, 2014 haven't heard any word. The Laurel dealership does not seem to know what they are doing.Desired Settlement: Fix the car.

I am rejecting this response because I did not receive anything. They called me and that was it. I called four times and the general manager only returned my phone once. Nothing changed. Also, the dealership screwed up my keys from the recall.
