I purchased Bill Bsarren's Master of Enrollment membership November 17, 2022. Today I went to access the program and get the message the site is not accessible. I could not find any contact information anywhere on the web. None of the Contact Us info has any contact info. None.
The Program continues to be listed on his page of programs yet I cannot access what I paid for already. I would like a full refund.

The situation has been resolved with the client and the client has responded favorably to the resolutionOur intention has always been to best support the client within our policies and procedures.
The client purchased one of our training programs designed to help entrepreneurs create
successful businesses and increase their income.
The client requested to discontinue paying for the program he purchased due to financial hardshipDiscontinuing payments for a program purchased is considered a refund and falls under our refund policy guidelines because our programs are downloadable intellectual property that cannot be reclaimed
According to our refund policy, the client was not eligible for a refund because his reason for the request was not results-based, and we have a results-oriented refund policy(See refund policy below.)
We exchanged a series of emails with the client over a month period explaining that the client was not eligible to have his payments discontinued and inviting the client to a conversation for the purpose of arranging a custom payment planWe offered the possibility of pushing his payments back for a few months to give him a chance to implement the program and begin generating income, but explained that we must have a conversation to come to an agreement on a custom payment plan
During this time, and after several requests that the client schedule a conversation to discuss a custom payment plan, the client never scheduled a callHis payments were pushed back a few weeks to allow enough time to schedule and conduct the conversationThe payment due dates were clearly communicated via email at the time we requested the conversation, and the client still did not schedule the call
On two occasions, we understood the client’s email responses to indicate that he was going to continue the programHe also thanked our team member for her encouragement and inspiration, however, he did not schedule the requested conversation to create a custom payment plan, and therefore was automatically charged on his previously established payment due date
The client requested we return the charge made due to financial hardship and we immediately honored his request and voided the pending charge on his account
We have since resolved the situation with the client and the case is now closed
