I am rejecting this response because: I ordered brand new cabinets there should not have been any damage repaired He lied when he said he delivered everything when it was suppose to be delivered He says he went out of his way to do extra - stuff he never would have had to do if he had done it right the first time He says he delivered everything when he was suppose to and I am still waiting on a check for the corner round that we paid for in July of that he never delivered or preferably the corner round

We would like to stop by this morningWould that be ok?

while I understand that things get scheduled I'm not exactly sure how I could not receive a simple call or textFurthermore, if you have the so called products available why were they not delivered after your appointment or todayIf I had not once again made contact it would have just went unfinishedAnd as far as a "day delay" this issue has been going on for several months so while it may seem like day to you, it's been a lot longer to us

Company states: She has received everything when she was supposed to receivePer our contract which she signed we even went out of our way to buy her and repair for things that we normally would not have done considering we went above and beyond what was agreed upon

response because: I was under the impression from messages from you that the wine rack was previously ordered and in hand, so is that wine rack no longer in your warehouse? I don't mind if you want to re-order again but I need a better time frame otherwise I would like a refund for the price that I paid on the wine rack. I don't want to wait another few months to hear back that its now no longer available.

Company states:Consumer ordered corner round but wanted to do custom work for it but was unwilling to pay for the custom work. We were offering this to please the consumer. At this point, we are refunding her for the corner round that she paid. We will be sending it to the Revdex.com and they will then forward it to the consumer.
