Attached are the documents that the town of [redacted] has provided me regarding the permit and the job that should have been completed. Gutters being the last item on the list.
Thanking you in advance and please let me know what are the next steps that need to be taken as I need to make repairs to my house, due to poor installation of the gutters (water leaking into my house and damaging the ceilings and windows).

This work was completed in July of 2011. State of Illinois has a one year labor warranty. The warranty would have expired in 2012.
