Bill Bierly Installed Floor Coverings

Review: I gave a partial deposit of a 50% deposit wanted for flooring installation so I could have time to think about a color choice. I wanted to have the floors repaired and refinished but Bill did not offer that option and suggested new flooring. I decided to go with refinishing the old floors and cancel the flooring order because I felt the new flooring was too costly. I didn't think getting my deposit back would be such a problem because Bill was highly recommended to me. I was also considering having him do some other work for me later on as I could afford it. However, I have been put off and put off when I call to try to retrieve my deposit. I would appreciate getting a refund of my $500 deposit that I gave him on 5/12/15.Desired Settlement: Just mail my refund please.
