I drove to NC from SC to test drive and essentially purchase a vehicle from Bill Black ChevroletI knew prior that the vehicle of interest had been involved in an accidentI drove the vehicle and absolutely loved itWhat I was unaware of is that the title was considered branded and none of Bill Black's banks would finance the vehicle I had pre-approval financing and I thought everything was a goPrior to signing the contract the guy that calls the bank and handles the paperwork informed me that he ran my credit for a better interest rate and that I was approved through [redacted] I asked him why was this done since I was already pre-approved with [redacted] He then informed me that my bank turned the deal down due to the title being brandedI asked him what this meant but he did not really provide an explanation, therefore I googled itHe was still in the process of completing the paperwork and assumed I would be ok with a vehicle with a branded title and turn the other che
