Review: I RETAINED MR BORING TO TUNE MY PIANO APPROXIMATELY 1 YEAR AGO . AFTER HE DEPARTED I CONTACTED HIM STATING "THE PIANO WAS NOT TUNED PROPERLY" AFTER SEVERAL CALLS TO MR BORING HE NEVER RESPONDED. I CONTACTED THE MUSIC STORE WHERE HE TUNES PIANOS,AND THE OWNER THEREOF CONTACTED MR BORING FOR ME AND STILL NO RESPONSE.I FEEL CONDUCT OF THIS NATURE SHOULD BE BROUGHT TO THE ATTENTION OF FUTURE CONTACTS. MR BORING'Desired Settlement: TO MAKE MR BORING'S FUTURE CLIENTS BE MADE AWARE OF HIS BUSINESS PRACTICES AND ETHICS. Refund

I went to see Mr. [redacted] about his piano . Tune did two times and he did not like it. Hi Tune this panel with the latest technology and he was not happy. I did the best I could with the situation.
Is knowledge of the piano is very limited 87 years old and he could not here. Was trying to match notes that do not match. I'm not sure what his problem is but I left in a unhappy place. I made my best effort to make them happen he was not so so I can do. Yours truly
