Bill Boswell Asphalt Paving

Review: I had my driveway paved by [redacted] in June of 2011. When he approached us, he said that he had blacktop left from another job and that he would give us a good deal and that the driveway would last for 30 years. When they completed the job, I told him that it looked like at the top of the driveway, I wasn't thick enough and that it wouldn't last. He said that once we sealed it the next year, it would be fine. Well, it's not. The blacktop is coming up and it has a hole in it that is down to the original blacktop. We paid him $5,600.00 for the job and everyday I regret that we let him do it. I did speak to him one time but he said that he was out of town because his mother in law was dying and that he would get in touch with me when he returned. I have left several messages for two years for him to call me but he hasn't never responded. I would like to get reimbursed for the money I spent because the driveway is going to have to be redone.Desired Settlement: I would like to get reimbursed for the $5,600.00 we paid to have the driveway paved because we are going to have to have it redone.
