Bill Bouchers Auto Body

Review: Bill Boucher's Auto Body repaired 2011 Nissan Frontier that belongs to my business Optimal Service. The repair was estimated by Progressive Insurance Company as a 8 days repair. It took 32 days and caused many difficulties in running the business because a rental car provided by Entreprise did have the same load capacity. During a telephone conversation Bill boucher promised that if repair takes longer than 30 days covered by insurance he will pay the difference. On July [redacted] I returned a rental car to Enterprise in [redacted] and paid them $298.78 which included $112.00 which was supposed be covered by Bill Boucher. I was supposed to suctract this from $500.00 deductible but Bill Boucher said that he already paid that to Enterprise and they will credit $112.00 to my credit card. [redacted] an employee from Entrprise confirmed that they will credit $112.00 to my CC. Bill Boucher became verry agressive and insulting while demanding full $500.00 in cash only. I had to call the Police to protect my own safety. I paid him $500.00 in cash. They did not provide a proper receipt that I can fille as business expence, just a note on the Estimate from Progressive Insurance. Enterprise never credit $112.00 to my credit card because as I found out Bill Boucher called them and canceled his offer for covering that amount. Ofcourse he lied that he already paid them. He is unethical and arrogant person and the same way he runs his business. It was terrible experience and I will not recommend this business to anybody.Desired Settlement: He should refund $112 by mailing me a check.
