I will make this short, The lady called with an unmerited complaintI sent her a 2nd photo free of chargeShe called and wanted a jpeg sent to herI stated a price that I charge all my clients for a jpeg,but she did not want to pay for a jpegThis, by the way, would enable her to print as many photos as she wanted for freeIf she would have agreed to pay for the jpeg, I would have gladly sent her the jpegI have thousands of dollars invested in photography equipment and I work hard to ensure that every print that I send out is the best quality possibleI have stated on my website that all pictures are taken off the website after days Thank you, *** ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and I do not consider this matter resolved I will reiterate that the picture was excellent but both prints were not good quality The photographer hung the phone on me before we could come to an agreement and said he would call me back He never did call back and I was unable contact him I would've gladly paid for the jpeg file and I would still like to purchase it When I finally got hold of him on the phone months later he hung up on me again I would like to know if he keeps a backup or archive of his photographs I'm still interested in receiving the jpeg file of the photograph and I would like to pay for it. *** ***
