Bill Boyce Powerwashing

Review: First, it took 3 weeks for Bill Boyce to actually show up for the job. Excusing ranging from vacation, sickness to weather (which it did not rain). He quoted us a price of painting my deck and fence wrote it down on the back of his business card. When he finally did show up to do the job, my husband confirmed the price. Bill refused to do it for the price he originally quoted which was $400. He was now trying to tell us it was at least $900 for the job. When he was shown the business card with his own writing on it with the quote, he packed up his stuff and left. We left him a message to try and negotiate but he did not return the calls or texts. I also sent him a text to tell him I had several others interested in his work. No response.Desired Settlement: He is a poor business man....just want him to do the job at the price he quoted. Any honest hard working business man would.
