April 3, 2014Dear *** *** Revdex.com,This letter is in response to the complaint letter from you dated April 1, Enclosed please see emails and a check which I paid *** for my error.To explain the situation there were incomes that were not included on the
original tax returnMy mistake was one of them, and there was another w-which was not given to me for the original return, I, like nearly all tax prep firms (* * * ***, ***, all accounting and tax firms) will pay the interest and penalty for my error, and I did include the income on the wrong line and it was not included as income (my error), But there was also a w-form which was not given to me so the IRS & MD letters included those penalties and interest combinedWe came to an agreement that the entire penalty and interest was not 100% my faultSo we did a percentage of my part of the error based on the total errorOnce I received the final information I began to process the amountsAfter I emailed the results to her for her approval, I then cut her a check for the agreed upon amountI mailed the check to her, it was returned as undeliverable, I email to get a new address, and I remailed the check out.The attached emails will show most of this, please advise if you any other inquiries,Thank you,
