Description of Product or Service Needed: I bought a service package when I got a Subaru from this Dealer I've used it three times,, (good for four uses) but I have not had a free car wash or other features advertised On one occasion I told the service manager I was going to Ace (next door, minutes) for a quick errand, I returned and waited an hour before finding the car was done? Good service brings back customers, and we are much cheaper to keep than to discover, so what's up? Anyway, blessings to all, I don't intend to return ***
