I am a victim also My suppliers tell me its on back order I pass it on to my customer, after months of waiting they finally tell to order direct from manufacturer which I did and to this day I have not saw or heard them ie: reason how this started While putting ***'s machine back together I tighten the screw, it broke the plastic threads, I put one of my own on her machine The only way I can prove all this is I still have the side plastic plate with the sticker on it [redacted] ***

I have a problem w/customers who yell & scream I did return it to her home a young fellow did answer but I talked to Mr*** He stated she's been having trouble with it since shes had it Now Mrsdid say he's getting up in age, so I ask the young fellow to have
Mrs*** call me She did that's when the yelling started I ignore people who can't be civil.About her repair when we opened it up it was impacted with thread lint & broken needles After cleaning it out we discovered a lot more than the revbutton I called with a estimate which she couldn't afford I said I'd try to see if we could fix a little cheaper Viking Sewing machine policy is they sell only to their dealers only, I told her I couldn't repair for what she want to pay She got mad and wanted her machine back We did put back together & delivered itThe machine 15+ years old in the book states machine should be cleaned after each project The usual fix on reverses is oil & let soakWe had it in for reverse problem she said it sewed forward ok We never sew on machine till repair is finished, then we do final adjustments Won't go into reverse I thought I maybe able repair by it by repairing w/her old parts after we saw it couldn't be repaired that way I called her told her we couldn't do it for $& gave her the estimate of $400.00.

*** left out a few things We repaired what we had parts for and ordered the other *** *arts from *** in *** was on back order after about weeks, it was on special order from the factory When it came C.O.Dover $400.00, I refused the parts and later was told
the parts I ordered are no longer sold separately but in module form now that's why the price increase My customers don't realize the time we spend looking for these parts I contacted *** and the rest is history I did during this period offer her several times a machine to use and to trade her even for a used machine of equal value I am ** years old and I have other repairs with the same problem Can't find parts All these ladies, my heart goes out to, although I have repaired 100's of machines like ***'s + yrsold If it's not worth repairing I inform my customers So she has an attorney so I guess I'll settle with the lawyer *** ***

Dissatisfied with the repair work on my sewing machine and consequently of MrBryan's unprofessional attitude of communicating with me in resolving the issuesWould never use his service in the future

To Whom It May Concern: This letter is in response to a letter sent to me from the Revdex.com, from a complaint which I filed against Bill ***'s Sewing Machine Repair Service, on December 29, The assigned number to this case is as follows: ID ***After reading the letter that Mr*** wrote to the Revdex.com, there are numerous and incorrect statements that He has made concerning this matterOne statement that he made in his letter was that when Mr*** returned the machine to a "young fellow", at my home, he spoke to Mr*** and that Mr*** stated that "She has had trouble with this machine since she's owned the machine"This is very much a statement, however, Mr*** is submitting a letter with the true facts, which has been enclosed with this letterI have never had any trouble with this Husqvarne Viking Designer I sewing Machine, until Mr*** removed it from my homeThis machine has been taken care of properly and routinely maintainedMr*** never called me to discuss the fact that he was unable to order any parts, including the reverse board for this machine, because he was not a Viking dealerHe just announced that the machine would cost $ to $ Him to repairI informed him "no way was I paying that much money for a reverse button on this machine"He stated to me that he could use "used parts" on this machine and it would take about a week to repair for a fee of $ Mr***, has referred to this machine as a Viking, In fact it is a Husqvarna Designer I Embroidery MachineThat clearly shows He is unaware of the knowledge for this type of machine and the knowledge to repair this particular type of machineAfter over a month of Mr*** having this machine I called him to check on the status of this machineThat is when Mr*** informed me he was unable to repair this machineThat is when I demanded he return my machine to me that day not any later!!! Mr***, also states that to repair the reverse button on this machine it requires "to be oiled and left to soak"This too is a very statement, the real fact is this is a computer board machine, and a machine of this nature should never be "Oiled"It requires a computer board part to be installedThat statement alone shows he is unaware of the knowledge for this type of machinesIn addition to his inability to repair this machine properly, I feel it is a very poor policy to drop off any and all expensive merchandise, especially a sewing machine to a minor child without speaking face to face to an adult! Children, do not make decisions over adult situations Upon Mr*** picking up my machine, I asked him if he had ever worked on computer sewing machine beforeHis statement to me was "He has worked on them for yearsHowever he reassured me he had the knowledge to work on computer machine, even though computers have not been in operation for this amount of timeHis inability and lack of knowledge to repair this machine has greatly caused more extensive damage and costly repairs to me to have this machine repairedI have a package of damaged parts from this machine that Mr*** has caused to this machineFor this reason I am requesting a refund from Mr***Thank you, in advance for your help in getting this issue resolved
