Mr. Roger [redacted], was in the process of taking over Bill Carpenters Service, Inc. in [redacted], NY, when herealized that having an illuminated sign for the business would enhance customer's ability to locate thebusiness since the previous Illuminated sign had been damaged beyond repair and removed...

many yearsbefore. Mr. David [redacted] suggested he contact [redacted] someone he had performed work forbefore, for a quote on an illuminated sign. Mr. [redacted] was contacted and he drove to [redacted],NV, to give a quote for work During the conversation, Mr. [redacted] inquired about repairing a pickup truckhe had that was located at [redacted], and was unhappy with their diagnosis. Mr. [redacted] agreedto get It for him and diagnose the issue. The vehicle was towed to Carpenter's shop on March 13, 2015.The truck was then diagnosed within a few days, and the diagnosis was given to Mr. [redacted]. Over thecourse of the next several months (and then over a year). Mr. [redacted] would text Mr. [redacted] and ask for aquote which then Mr. [redacted] would research the parts requested and then CALL ON THE PHONE withthe requested quote. Over the course of time Mr. [redacted] asked Mr. [redacted] for quotes on several varyingextl'emely large horsepower engines, and when given the quote, would tell him that he didn't have themoney for the job or it was out of his budget. Mr. [redacted], after almost a year of this, finally suggestedthat he just make it a stock engine, and Mr. [redacted] agreed. Mr. [redacted] informed him of the estimatedparts cost, and Mr. [redacted] thought that was something in his budget and asked him to move forwardwith it. During the time he authorized the stock engine build, Mr. [redacted] was beginning his non-paymentissues with [redacted]s Fix All (Mr. David [redacted]). He admitted to Mr. David [redacted] that he was havingpersonal/business issues with his wife (unbeknownst to Mr. Roger [redacted]/Bill carpenter's Service). It isBill Carpenter's Service, Inc. policy to always remain in contact with the customer verbally on the phonein order to give personal customer service. Consequently, Mr. [redacted] was bewildered when Mr. [redacted]began to once again text him regarding the truck, since the authorized work had been well under way. Itis the POSTED WRITTEN RATE THAT VEHICLE IN STORAGE ACCUMULATES INDOOR STORAGE AT $50.00PER DAY. Over the course of time from March, 2015 to present, MR. [redacted]( IS THE ONLY CUSTOMERWHO HAS NOT COMPLETED A TRANSACTION ON A VEHICLE. All other Customers have completed theirtow/repair and picked up their vehicle. It is extremely disapointing to see this type of behavior In a customer, especially when he himself willnot put his business on the Revdex.com network, and intentionally tries to destroyreputations of people who have many, many. satisfied customers. Please feel free to contact us at anytime about this situation. If you would like to speak with Mr· David [redacted] about his business dealingswith [redacted] & Mr. [redacted], his direct line is [redacted]

The best way I see fit is to respond to Mr [redacted] response one item of of dishonesty at a time. All information from my response is time stamped & backed up from Verizon via text. This is a classic example of post fabrication & falsifying documents. Mr. Roger [redacted], was in the process of taking over Bill Carpenters Service, Inc. in [redacted], NY, when he realized that having an illuminated sign for the business would enhance customer's ability to locate the business since the previous Illuminated sign had been damaged beyond repair and removed many years before. Mr. David [redacted] suggested he contact [redacted], someone he had performed work for before, for a quote on an illuminated sign. Mr. [redacted] was contacted and he drove to [redacted],NV, to give a quote for work During the conversation, Mr. [redacted] inquired about repairing a pickup truck he had that was located at [redacted] and was unhappy with their diagnosis. Lets get the facts straight here, Actually MR [redacted] Inquired about looking at my truck on  1-29-15 Mr. [redacted] was aware that I was having dealer look into issue. The only talk about a sign is when he suggested possible trade for working on truck. This has no relevance in this case.  Mr. [redacted] agreed to get It for him and diagnose the issue. The vehicle was towed to Carpenter's shop on March 13, 2015. This is a great example of MR [redacted] & his time line with his business, dates are not correct. You would think a he would wrote a ticket for the tow.The truck was then diagnosed within a few days, and the diagnosis was given to Mr. [redacted]. The only diagnostics giving to me was a malfunction push rod. I stopped at his shop the day it was discovered. I asked Roger if there was any other damage, he said he didn't believe so. He was going to look to see if valve possibly hit piston. I called few days later to see, only to find out Mr [redacted] removed the entire engine from the truck. I asked why would he do that, he said it probably needs rebuilt. Not sure why Mr [redacted] took it upon himself to do work not discussed or authorized. Over the course of the next several months (and then over a year). Mr. [redacted] would text Mr. [redacted] and ask for a quote. This part of statement is actually true .See below for all the times I requested . At first I thought couldn't be more clear on what I wanted to do, I spelled it out with even a parts list. See multiple excuses why I didn't get a quote First Request,Second Request,Third, Forth, Fifth & Sixth Request,Eight, Ninth & Tenth Request,On Eleventh request a verbal quote. No formal quote materialized though.. At this point , way too many requests for quotes. I even asked if there was any money due to date. Mr [redacted] never would let me know if something was due. At this point I was was going to cut my losses & pick up truck in 100 pieces due to Roger. which then Mr. [redacted] would research the parts requested and then CALL ON THE PHONE with the requested quote. This statement is fulse. Over the course of time Mr. [redacted] asked Mr. [redacted] for quotes on several varying extl'emely large horsepower engines, and when given the quote, would tell him that he didn't have the money for the job or it was out of his budget. Mr. [redacted], after almost a year of this, finally suggested that he just make it a stock engine, and Mr. [redacted] agreed. This is a false statement, Roger never produced a single quote   Mr. [redacted] informed him of the estimated parts cost, and Mr. [redacted] thought that was something in his budget and asked him to move forward with it. During the time he authorized the stock engine build, Mr. [redacted] was beginning his non-payment issues with [redacted]s Fix All (Mr. David [redacted]). He admitted to Mr. David [redacted] that he was having personal/business issues with his wife (unbeknownst to Mr. Roger [redacted]/Bill carpenter's Service). It is Bill Carpenter's Service, Inc. policy to always remain in contact with the customer verbally on the phone in order to give personal customer service. Unwritten made policy, doesn't comply with written DMV rules & regulations.   Consequently, Mr. [redacted] was bewildered when Mr. [redacted]began to once again text him regarding the truck, since the authorized work had been well under way. Itis the POSTED WRITTEN RATE THAT VEHICLE IN STORAGE ACCUMULATES INDOOR STORAGE AT $50.00 PER DAY. This is again trying to post fabricate situation. Funny if Mr [redacted] says Work was authorized & then threatens the following, On September 16 2016 I stopped by Bill Carpenters to pick up promised written quote, see below Rogers one words again, If you read through easy to see another promise broken. I did call Roger out side his place of business, told him I wanted my truck back, he said that he was only giving me one choice, I had to pay to tow truck, pay for diagnostics & engine removal & I can have have truck back with no engine he was keeping it. I told that was unexceptionable business practices. Roger then a threading tone said  " This is what I'm going to do, I am rebuilding engine however I see fit, putting truck back together & going to give you a bill for whatever I come up with for cost. Then I will put a mechanics Lien on it & will keep truck for my self".  I told him that's not right he said I need to watch what I say or he will attach storage fees on bill as well.On September 28th 2016 I received a Invoice back dated Feb 2 2016 showing past due. This is the first time ever received invoice. I requested if any amount was due several times never to receive any thing. Also if a invoice was truly generated on date of invoice there would be 1.5% service fees approx 7 months of fees applied. Not because if attorney general find out this happens there are laws to protect this. Also received a estimate for 30,000.00 for storage fees. Mr [redacted] & Bill Carpenter Service has current open DMV case into this matter. As a consumer my advice is to go elsewhere, extremely poor handled business. I don't see them in business with this misconduct for long.  Over the course of time from March, 2015 to present, MR. [redacted]'( IS THE ONLY CUSTOMER WHO HAS NOT COMPLETED A TRANSACTION ON A VEHICLE. All other Customers have completed their tow/repair and picked up their vehicle. It is extremely disapointing to see this type of behavior In a customer, especially when he himself will not put his business on the Revdex.com network, and intentionally tries to destroy reputations of people who have many, many. satisfied customers.
