treatment for mosquitoes, ticks, or fleas.  After our client service representative informed Dr. [redacted] of this he requested his money back for the basic service that was performed for another pest.  We offered to send a manager out with a technician to look at the situation but couldn't schedule an appointment within the time frame the same day that he wanted.  I as the General Manager called Dr. [redacted] on Thursday 3-24-16 at 11:02 am and asked him how we could fix the situation and he stated he wanted his money back.  I asked him if he would like us to mail him a check for the amount of the service and he stated that he would be satisfied with that.  He did not wish for us to come out to resolve his pest issues.  We will put a check in the mail to Dr. [redacted] today.  [redacted] General Manger Bill Clark Pest Control
