after recieving the notification from -Revdex.com- I throughly looked into this matter the information is correct - as customer described -we were hired to unstop a washer drain -upon arrival he informed us he wished us to pull his commode and run our -roto-rooter at this spot to solve the problem - we declined forreasons - first being -this would not resolve the washer drain problem- 2nd we will only take a large roto -rooter inside a house /bathroom when there is no other alternative -mainly because of the risk of damage to the customers home -my men then ran a cable through the washer drain and resolved the issue - customer responded he was unaware we could unstop the washer drain in this mannercustomer also seemed to be concerned about a gurgling sound in his bath - so my men went on the roof and ran the vent out in case there was an issue in the main line -but we declined to pull the commode to address this problem at the end my man ran water in baths / flushed commodes and left all drains working properly - my crew chief did recieve a call customer aproxa week later with further problems customer was adjitated that we had not done as requested / pulling the commode etcafter a short time on the phone it was clear that we were going to have to agree to disagree on how to resolve this problem at that point my lead man suggested the customer call a different plumbing co that he might be more satisfied with we have many calls to return and help resolve issues with customers -i have listened as my crew chief speaks very politely and respectfully to each customer -bending over backwards to help resolve any persistant issues one policy I personally have adopted at cobb plumbing is this : if at any time if a customer becomes -ABUSIVE -or COMBATIVE - verbally or other wise I reserve the right to REFUSE SERVICE ! we are more than happy to work with any customer who treats us with a certain degree of -COURTESY and RESPECT - in this instance a judgement call was made that this customer situation was not going to be resolved to his satisfaction and therefore we suggested he use another co-since I do not want anyone to feel we have cheated them -i happily sent him a FULL REFUND -- $approaching aproxyears of service in Burleson -we are thankful to have thousands of wonderful customers who appreicate our service from time to time I thank them for the courtesy / respect they afford us - a good working relationship goes both ways
