12/12/17We talked with one of your reps yesterday advising that we had to wait until [redacted] Canada gave us the information in regard to Ms. [redacted] complaint. We did tell her that we were going to credit her card last week, but had to wait until she gave us a correct expiration date.This was done and...

we not only credited her $38.15, but also an additonal $10.00 for aggravation.We hope that this will now considered answered in time and properly taken care of. Please confirm receipt within the proper time frame.[redacted],Customer Service Manager
