I am very pleased with the service I recieved with Bill C*** a roofing contractor that I hired to replace my roof.The professionalism of the company and crew was amazing they completed the job in one day they were fast,accurate,efficient,and would highly recommend them to others
For your own piece of mind do not contract with this company they do not do there work in a timely manner, are very unprofessional and if you ask something you may receive verbal abuse ,a job that was suppose to take about a month was going on month when I terminated the work for not getting doneHe will not show up or inform that he is not coming nor keep you informed of work on the job and did not complete the work on the insurance estimate, and even confiscated materials that had already been paid for in fullAfter a verbal agreement as to the end of our agreement and final payment agreed upon minus material he did not provide and work he did not do, he was to return with copies of permits for final paymentAfter weeks with know return I texted him and received a letter from a lawyer that he was suing me for full paymentSave yourself a lot of headache and if you check reviews which I had no time to do as this was an emergency job
I had Bill Coody design and install my pool years ago and still after years am totally delighted with the poolBill designed a beautiful pool for me with waterfall in pool seating and a Jacuzzi seatAfter all this time the pool still looks spectacularI have had no issues with the pool and still enjoy it immenselyI was recently looking for some caps to replace the ones that fill in the holes for the child protection fence, I contacted Bill to see if he knew where I could get someBill bent over backwards to get me some capsEven after years he still treated me like a valued customer and made me realize just how good of a choice I had made all those years agoThank you Bill, you really made me feel appreciated
This company has not replaced my pool filter that is still under warranty according to the contract
This company installed my pool less than one year ago and the work was poor and unsatisfactory not to mention the length of time it took to finish the pool Bill C*** came out to my house on Oct6th after we found our pool filled with dirt According to Bill, the dirt came from the pool coping He checked the pool filter and questioned if it was new He noticed that it wasn't in good condition but it should be since the pool and equipment is less than one year old He told me that he would be back in the morning with a new filter and will fix the spa jets that are not working I sent him numerous text messages and my husband has left voicemail messages and as of today, he has not responded nor has he been back to finish the repairs and replace the filter

He did everything he promised plus some! He even worked around my busy work schedule to help accommodate my needs! The work is top notch and customer service is amazing! His pricing and material quality was very good also! I wouldn't hesitate to use him again! I actually look forward to working with him in the future
MrCoody is not a reliable contractorHe would never keep his scheduled work days, sometimes no one would show up for daysThe worksite was a complete mess, food wrappers, scraps, cigarette butts, and soda cans scattered throughoutHe gave us a scheduled time frame for our pool to be completed 6-weeksthey broke ground in June and we are still not complete at the end of DecemberThe gunite is not what I picked out, our tile went mysteriously missing from the job site, so our steps don't have any tile on themWe didn't receive the promised pool equipment, and there are mild imperfections with the groutSo many more issuesto many to listAnd while my pool is nice, it is not the custom pool that I designed
