I recently had an experience with the Body Shop where I dropped off my car to be fixed and the person that was going to be working on it had a death in the family and after a week my car was not only not ready, but I had paid for a full week of rental cars
I want to share high praise for the body shop person that we were doing business with He took care of it, no questions asked, no friction, no problem He didn't have to ask a manager, he didn't hesitate
I would highly recommend Bill Currie Ford body shop if you ever need any repairs

I have tried to do business with this dealership for over 35 years. I have only one consistent comment and that is that they guarantee to disappoint you.. My visit today was for the complete front end brake job they did 2 months ago. My brakes startied shuttering so I took it back for them to look at. The brakes that come on the truck were never designed to last or perform. We upgraded to heavy duty slotted brakes when we needed brakes at 20K miles. So long story but when they completely replaced my brakes they thought maybe the brake upgrade I had would go unnoticed if they switched me back to stock brakes without telling me. Surprise but they again did not hold up . They als charged me to fix my brakes after 2 months.When I asked why they didn't replace my brakes as requested there comment was the service writer retired and they can't contact him. WOW. I guess this is better than when they dropped my New Explorer Limited off the lift and refused to repair it properly. I still remember driving down Dale Mabry and the paint on my hood pealed off in 1 piece. Be careful that they look for every opportunity to short cut repairs .

I brought my vehicle in recently for service and I couldn't have been happier with not only the service to my vehicle but the Service Dept Employees! Leo [redacted], Mark [redacted], Nerrisa [redacted] and Jimmy [redacted] were beyond helpful and were so friendly! Bill [redacted] has a great team there and I wanted to make sure they were recognized for their GREAT work and professionalism. I would recommend this service dept to anyone! They will take great care of you! Thank you very much to the ENTIRE Service Dept at Bill Currie Ford!

I leased my 2013 Ford Fusion from Auto Nation Ford in St. Pete but once I purchased I quickly learned that my customer service was OVER! I recently had an issue with my car so I decided to go somewhere else for service. I took my car to Bill Curie Ford in Tampa and was introduced to Jim C. in the service department. The employee is the true definition of customer service! I will take my car there from now on and will never return to the place of purchase. If you are looking to be treated fairly, avoid price gouging and get your service done in a timely manner; I suggest you take your car to Bill Currie and ask for Jim. I will see to it that the management at Bill Curie is made aware of the spectacular service Jim provides. I take my hat off to you Jim! You deserve recognition for your unparalleled customer service and satisfaction!
