Brought my laptop in for repair at bill and daveAfter about weeks, many calls and checking the status of my repair online they finally told me they couldn't find a new motherboard but to give them another day to look and that they would call me the next daydays later I called them since they never called meThey said they found one and gave me their quoteThe part arrived about weeks later (not their fault on the delay there) installed it and turned out it was defectiveI later found out they simply ordered a motherboard off of [redacted] ( something I could have done my self) They then asked me if I was still interested in repairing the laptop at which point I said no (had now been months that they had my laptop) that I would go elsewhereAll in all they had my laptop months for them to order a part off ***I will not be going back there nor would I ever recommend any one to go there [redacted]
[redacted] Gave my laptop for booting issue related to hard drive, and after waiting for initial diagnosis for almost a week, they tell me motherboard shortcircuited and laptop didn't even startThey blame it on dc jack being busted up which is highly unlikely seeing I had that problem for month prior and laptop broke few days ago [redacted] hours later after I pick it up, laptop starts like it always had and same harddrive problem [redacted]
