I have looked for this customer in our data base and could not find the customer. I took it a step further and found them in the Chrysler stores data base. So the Revdex.com case is under the wrong company. The issue the customer has is with [redacted]. Not with the dealer ship.

Thank you for your response.  But your response is inaccurate.  I gave an issue with both parties.since August, I've had nothing but problems with my vehicle.  The end of August, my truck died.  I barely made it to a safe parking lot.  I waited hours for [redacted] tow assistance and towed my vehicle to the dealership.  They searched for days trying to determine the route cause of the issue.  They were unable to identify but thought replacing the battery would solve the issue.  So fine, accepted that and paid for new battery.   Fast forward to mid October.  Same exact thing happened to my vehicle.  Died while driving no warning no nothing on a busy highway the vehicle died.  Made it to work parking lot.  Towed back to dealership.  Again!  And same thing. They said haven't a clue what's going on or what is draining battery.  Let's replace battery and alternator and hope that fixes it.  Ok fine let's do that.  Pay for towing, rental, and repair.  Not even 2 weeks later.  Yes, you guessed it.  Dead. Driving home on 111 busy highway the truck just dies.  Again no warning just stops.  I barely managed to make it over side of road and hit a small snow embankment that helped me stop.  They still have the vehicle.  They have no idea what is going on with it or what is draining the battery.  They are now saying I need th replace the alternator again but don't know if that will work!?!? What!?  This is insanity.  I told them I am not paying for the repair and labor costs on this one.  I need this escalated to [redacted].  The sales manager is no help at all and I really need help.
