*** *** has spoken to the customer and apologizedIt was in fact a misdiagnosisKia Tech line did not pull up the same description that the customer pulled up when he Googled itIt was not until we were made aware by the complaint that the technician double checked without a specific VIN
# that they discovered a similar course of action as the customer received. *** *** agreed to refund the customers diagnosis fee and reviewed the case with the technicianNothing malicious was done here, it was purely a miss from the technician
