Bill Dodge Nissan of Saco

We are not able to help *** *** any further then what has been offered already. The vehicle is out of the manufacturer's warranty on the transmission that was replaced. We paid to diagnose it and referred them to Nissan after Nissan told us they would not reimburse us for the
transmission. Nissan has made the determination that they are not willing to help the customer as they are well beyond the warranty that came with the transmission when it was installed months and 26,miles ago. That being said we did offer the customer a 10% discount on the transmission and any other work they wanted to do to the vehicle to get it back on the road. That was not acceptable to the customer but that is all that we are willing to offer. Nissan, the manufacturer, made the decision to not cover the transmission. That is not a decision that Bill Dodge Nissan can override nor is the failure of the transmission due to any neglect or wrong doing on the part of Bill Dodge Nissan
