Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.In the future, Bill Doraty and Kia in general should STOP calling customers to buy back their vehicle, ONLY allow staff members with the correct knowledge/answers to consumer questions AND make payments and issue vehicle titles in a timely manner Additionally, Kia should be contacting Kia first regarding payments and NOT the customer.Thanks

The General Sales Manager contacted me within 2 days of filing of the complaint. The GM stated that he had a meeting with the parties involved and corrected the situation. I was informed that the refund check was found in a pile of paperwork on a desk. I was given an apology and assured that the check would be available. I was given the opportunity to drive to the dealership to pick up the check, have a driver from the dealership deliver the check to me or have the check mailed. I opted to have the check delivered. The check was received on May 13, 2015.

On the 14th of July I called the tenant to informed him that he had to remove the sofa placed by the dumpster. The tenant assured me that he would return on the weekend to remove the sofa. On Monday morning the sofa was still by the dumpster and on the 25th of July when the tenant came by to drop...

I am rejecting this response because: The couch was NOT by the dumpster.  I went back to check after they called me.  If it had been, I would have moved it.  Instead, the couch was in front of the lady who took it's apartment.  The lady took the couch and moved it to her place, it was NOT by the dumpster. [redacted] is lying again, just as they lied to me the first time.
