As I previous stated the salesman *** told me ( misled me) that the ONLY reason I had to complete the online form was so they can enter my info into there database NOT run my credit, he was VERY aware that I was financing through my credit unionAlso when I called *** (name spelled wrong) and asked him to have his boss *** remove that from credit inquiries he assured me he will talk to him and advise him that he knew I was going through bankI told him I can't do business with someone like *** who was unpleasant because I was not financing through themI have a witness that heard the salesman confirm the online info was ONLY for their database and not to run creditPlease call *** *** at *** or *** he can tell you exactly what was said at the time I completed the online form. Miss [redacted] filled out an online credit application and requested Bill Dube Hyundai to submit her information to her credit union via the credit bureau. This representation of the events was confirmed by [redacted], salesmanager and [redacted], salesman. We have no way of acquiring or...

inputting Ms. [redacted]'s information without her consent. She was purchasing a vehicle and was trying to obtain bank financing.   [redacted]

The blue link trial service is a free service offered from [redacted] for a 3 month period if the owner registers with a credit card.  Our salesperson mistakenly told Mr. [redacted] that the free trial period was for one year.  Mr. [redacted] spoke with our business manager, [redacted]...

[redacted] when he completed his paperwork and was also told it was a 3 month period.  He said he would check into it to see if anything had changed.  [redacted] did not call Mr. [redacted] back with an update.  Mr [redacted]  emailed [redacted] asking about the free trial.  [redacted] responded telling him the trial was for one year.  Based on the continued wrong information from our salesperson, We will be reimbursing Mr. [redacted] the cost for the additional 9 months for bluelink.  Mr. [redacted] has agreed to forward his bill for reimbursement.    The second issue to address is the maintenance for one year.  Hyundai recommends oil changes every 5000 miles, that is why we give two oil changes and one tire rotation.   Mr. [redacted]s has already emailed me and is in agreement on his free services.   We have come to an agreement on both issues with Mr. [redacted] [redacted]General Sales Manager[redacted] Hyundai
