Mr [redacted] was in the process of purchasing a Carri Lite 5th wheel from our companyHe claims that the salesman told him that he could take the unit for a test driveOur insurance company allows us to do this, for motor homes, as long as the customer has a valid driver's license and the salesman is in the vehicle during the test driveWhen Mr [redacted] came in for the test drive, he insisted we were to use our truck and take the 5th wheel to the Antelope weight station, which is not open to the publicWe then suggested that he place insurance on the unit, allowing him to drive it anywhere he chose At this point Mr [redacted] became belligerent, stating that he was going to park in our lot and picketThe salesman that helped Mr [redacted] have been with me for several yearsBoth are professional and honest menAfter speaking with Mr [redacted] regarding the details of the interactions, I informed my staff not to sell to Mr [redacted] if he returned.Regards, [redacted] ***
