When Mr. [redacted] came in for the test drive, he insisted we were to use our truck and take the 5th wheel to the Antelope weight station, which is not open to the public. We then suggested that he place insurance on the unit, allowing him to drive it anywhere he chose. At this point Mr. [redacted] became belligerent, stating that he was going to park in our lot and picket. The salesman that helped Mr. [redacted] have been with me for several years. Both are professional and honest men.
