Mr. [redacted] was able to find an after-market solution to his problem and we are refunding to him the amount charged for diagnostic time. Our Service Manager, [redacted], is contacting him today to make arrangements.

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I have attached a copy of an email I received today from Bill Estes.  When you open the email you see "just $9520 for the 2015 Silverado."  It states, "that not the down payment or the savings, but it's what you pay over 3 years."  This doesn't say "lease" to me.  I will agree with the response that I was told it was 3 years total payments, but again it was not specified as a lease, and I beleive it to be very deceptive advertising.Regards,[redacted]

lease. As Mr. [redacted] said in his statement, when he asked in an email what the 9520 represented, it was explained to him to be exactly that- a total of payments for 36 months. In no way was this intended to represent the cash purchase price of the vehicle.We did have a problem last week with our website wherein the click-through button did not function correctly as described by Mr. [redacted], it has now been corrected.
