My 2015 dodge dart had the starter go out. I was unable to change it. I had it towed to Bill Estes for repairs on the issue and a recall fixed. Since I have gotten my vehicle back it has made a horrible popping and thumping sound that it never made before it was worked on. I have called the dealership to resolve this issue 6-7 times and have yet to be called back. It has cost me thousands of dollars in new parts I have had to buy to try and fix this issue since they wont return my call. All the money and time spent trying to fix the problem hasn't worked and the problem is still currently ongoing. I have purchased 4 new tires, cv axles, all brake rotors and calipers and wheel bearings. Last time they worked on it they said it would be in the shop the next day. I didn't receive my vehicle for 13 days which left me with having to pay out of pocket for a rental.

From what I see the repair order was open 10/2/19 and the vehicle was delivered 10/19/20. The starter was locked up and a recall was completed. We replaced the starter, flex plate and labor to do the job. The flex plate was bad due to when the starter locked up it damaged the flex plate. I believe all repairs were completed correctly and the vehicle was operating normal once it let our facility. If ***, has another issue I would look at the vehicle again and do a diagnoses and give him another estimate. If the starter isn't working well, there normally is a warranty on parts only and we could re look at the starter again. Thanks for your time.

My vehicle was brought to their shop for service and after a month we were told the vehicle was fixed. We drove the 5 hours to go pick up our vehicle to arrive there and be told sorry it is no longer running again we don’t know what’s wrong. We then drove the 5 hours home and it has been 2 weeks. They will not call us or answer their phones. We still have no idea what is wrong with our vehicle and our insurance has paid them for the claim. We want our vehicle back fixed or not but can not even get a returned call!

There vehicle has been here for repairs, however there is a selling dealer involved that is trying to help the customers. We have asked the selling dealer that they can come and get the vehicle, however there is an $1850.00 ticket that hasn't been paid for. The extended warranty company has decline the warranty work due the vehicle being modified. The vehicle doesn't currently move due to a fire and the transmission isn't in working order, my service writer contacted the customer this morning and asked if she wanted us to fix there vehicle and she stated she would get a hold of the selling dealer. We are here to help, let me know how they would like to proceed.

Yes they called me 2 and a half hours after I had the police go to their facility. Until the police were involved they would not answer or return any calls. I even spent over 2 hours yesterday on their online chat and texting systems. They have still not told me the total bill the only reason I am aware is because of the response they wrote to the Revdex.com. The phone call today was supposed to be made to me over two weeks ago and like I said they only called me today because I called the police on them. Even at that it took them hours after the police visit to call me. Their negligence is inexcusable and I’m tired of excuses. They have had our vehicle for almost 7 weeks. Our insurance agent with Allstate will testify to the fact that they would not even return her phone calls. So yes they are dealing with insurance, warranty company, ourselves, and local dealership but have refused to communicate with any of us.

Took my car here beginning of December to get a diagnostics done and was told the problem was a transmission solenoid pack, bill was $928, got the work done and was told the car would be done the following Tuesday, never received a call that Tuesday so I waited a couple more days to get a call and never did so I tried to contact Jason Shores my service rep on Thursday and got no answer multiple times, so again Friday tried to contact him and the service department multiple times and got no answer. Finally I decided to just go there that afternoon and talked to Jason and he said the car would be ready at 5 that evening, went and picked up the car was on my way home and the car was still doing the exact thing I took it there for, went back the next morning and he didn’t even act surprised I was back with the car, so they looked at it again and tried to tell me I needed something done that I had already had done prior to taking it there which I then told them I had already got that done so then they decided it was an electrical wiring issue, left the car with them again and was told it would be done that following Monday or Tuesday, never got a call from them either of those days, so I again gave them a couple more days to contact me and never heard anything, also drove past the car lot on my way to work and back home Monday-Thursday and the car was In the back lot not moved every single one of those days, so I tried contacting Jason Thursday afternoon and the service department again multiple times and couldn’t get ahold of anyone so I had to drive all the way back to the place again just to figure out what was going on with my car and jason told me it would be done the next day around 12ish, never got a call at that time so I tried to contact him around 3 and couldn’t reach him so had to go back up there and he said they were finishing it up, waited 45 minutes and finally got to leave the place with the car, next morning went to go to work and the car was still having the same problem so I took it back up there that day and was told it still had some kind of electrical issue and it would be done Saturday. Never got a call Saturday and have tried to contact them multiple times over the last week and can’t get ahold of Jason or anyone, have drove by the lot multiple times over the last week also and the car again parked in the spot it has been all week and hasnt moved, so almost 2 weeks now that they have had my car since the last time I took it there and I have not heard a single thing about it and can’t get an answer from anyone there at service. Very frustrated that I have been dealing with this car lot for almost 2 months now trying to get my car fixed and have been having to find rides to work and to do errands and they cant even communicate anything with me about my own car and keep giving me days it will be done and I don’t hear anything from them and ALWAYS have to go to the place to find out anything and paid them $928 to fix a car that isn’t even fixed after 2 months now.

This place needs to honor their bumper to bumper warranty, and stand behind their parta

Thank you for bringing this
concern to our attention. At the time of this occurrence the customer had
posted a review and we reached out to him to explain that the part he purchased
was an aftermarket part that had no warranty. The customer indicated to us
that he had fixed the issue and everything was good. We were unaware of
the Revdex.com until now.

I have been trying to reach out to Bill Estes since 9/12/2019 via email/phone to *** J (New Car Manager) in financing with little to no resolution. I was trying to get information on when I would receive the title work paper to transfer my plates as well as a billing statement on where to send payment. On 9/18 I finally received an email from *** J stating he was on vacation and he would have another financial manager reach out to me. I was never aware he was on vacation because his emails/voicemails never indicated his time away from office. No one ever reached out to me so I contacted Bill Estes and was sent to some*** voicemail. I did receive a call back but missed it and called immediatley back and left another voicemail with no return call until the next day on 9/19. I was then informed that they were still working on my title paperwork and my payment is due tomorrow 9/20. I said I haven't received any information on where to submit payment so how can it possibly be due tomorrow? The lack of effort on their part shouldn't have constituted an emergency on mine. I requested to speak to the dealership manager, but was told he was out of the office and wouldn't be back until tomorrow. I received a phone call about 10 minutes later from a Monty who, when I asked if he was the dealership manager, responded with "I'm a manager." I tried to explain the situation to him and that I don't understand why giving someone the proper paperwork to be able to plate and pay for the vehicle puchased should be a difficult task. He informed me that the due date was on the contract I signed an it was my fault if left unpaid. The due date does not give me information on where to send payment and I explained why I was uncertain on why its taken a week for someone to get back to me only to tell me that payment is due tomorrow. He was rude and condescending when told that I would file a formal complaint stated "Go ahead, I have nothing to worry about." Unprofessional behavior and poor experience.
