Absolutely saddened by the *** nature of service received from the Manager with respect to the poor quality of workmanship on our master bath, powder room, and kitchen Reno All projects required our constant reporting back for what went wrong When reporting on our dissatisfaction, we were made to feel as though we were simply too demanding Although this was our first Reno experience we did not feel it unacceptable to ask for floor grout not to be dumped on the grass between us and the neighbours, backsplash grout (chunks) left in the sink, ceiling speckle to stick to the ceiling instead of our existing blinds and brand new appliances (even suggesting they hadn't done that work), self leveller to not leak through the ceiling (this happened on separate occasions), and SO much more Customer service was ***, even asking to speak with the "man of the house" when I was asked to compromise on design due to DBKs installation error Simply insulting to deal with
