Review: I contacted Mr. Golden about receiving training in Tax Liens. He had given training and help post the land that was to be given to me on [redacted]. When the [redacted] listing finished, we had discussed to relist because the property he had given me was not selling for what we thought. I contacted Mr. Golden about the relist and the property and he told me to relist it on my own. However, he did not give me the title to the property as promised in the contract. When I asked for my money back, he stated that I signed the contract and there was no refund. I can't list a property on [redacted] if I don't have the title to it. The highest bidder will win it and if I don't give him the title to the property, it would be consider fraud. I just want my money back at this time. I have gone to other seminars that refund money if I am not satisfy.Desired Settlement: I would like to get my $5K back. I understand that Mr. Golden spent time teaching me. If he wants to deduct $500 of it for his time, then please have $4,500 return to me. I was promised a land that I can sell to someone else and I have not received that. I want to just get my money back. I waited over a year and I have not heard from Mr. Golden.
