Complaint: I am rejecting this response because: From: Anhie [redacted] [mailto: [redacted] @gmail.com] Sent: Wednesday, February 17, 4:PM To: Customer Relations Subject: complaint # Dear Revdex.com, Bill Kay Honda responded claiming that they had been in contact with me and tried to answer my questionsBut here's the funny thing, It was I who contacted them prior to file my complaint with the Revdex.com on January of The response that I got from confronting them was "you signed a contract that's what contract are for." They also say if I want to come in and have a sit down to go over the contract to clear whatever that I did not understand, but there will be nothing they can do for me other than that I in turned was really upset and tell them if they're not gonna do anything, I am going to bring this to the Revdex.com or look for legal help! So they said something about they cannot continue this conversation and dismissed me Therefore their response to the Revdex.com about had a ready contact with me is a discrepancySince they never attempt to reach me after I filed for the complaint with the Revdex.comThe only people that have to contact me from that company was from the service center regarding to my weatherproof mats for the car I had bought on that day There are so many things that are needed to be address They lied about being in contact with me and resolving the issue The price on my contract was $27,while the MSRP info sheet (which they snucked into my glove box AFTER I signed everything! I never had a chance to negotiate prices!) was stated for $26,765.00! As for the total capital compass that I saw after I came home was $36,Which is a lot more than if I were to get a brand-new [redacted] fully loaded vehicle! My [redacted] had a negative equity of $6,292.00, because I still owed at the time $10,They say I would get $4,for itBut this $was never credited into my total lease purchasedThey fish and bait me at their dealership for over 7-hoursI was tired, I was hungry, I was exhausted, and I just wanted everything to be done and over withSo when the salesman told me to sign here, here and here, I just signed because he told me he will get me the best offer he can and he would do the best he can to make sure I have a fair advantageWhich is all a lieI basically bind into a contract under duress I feel so discriminated and racist againstI am an Asian women Who came in off of myself and they took advantage of thatI have never feel more races again then I did in my life I don't know what to do, I just know that I cannot afford thisI cannot hold onto this, I have a child that I need to care forbeing a single mother is very hardThe salesman knows this because we were having a conversation and just to exploited my situation I truly feel a Bill Kay Honda and their people does not have good business ethics and moralsAgain, I really feel races and discriminated against by being a woman and a minority in a country that I hold so dear to my heart Sincerely, Anh ***

To whom it may concern:Thank you for bringing this oversight to my attentionMy staff informed me that they spoke with American Honda Finance and they agreed to let us change the first payment date for our customerIt is my understanding that the customers will be in our dealership on 12/22/to

The M.S.R.Pof the *** that was leased by Ms*** is $27,not $26,Ms*** added All-Season Floor Mats for $for a total sale price of $27,Ms*** also received factory incentives in the amount of $1,that was applied to her lease for a net sale price of $26,Ms*** had a trade-in, a *** ***, that was in very rough condition, i.ebody damage, interior stains, and the Maintenance Minder indicated that the vehicle was 6,miles overdue for serviceShe received a traallowance of $4,and had a payoff of $10,which resulted in Ms*** carrying over negative equity in the amount of $6,Furthermore, we are a dealership consisting of multiple ethnicities and we strive to treat each and every customer with the utmost respectWe are appalled and take offense to the implications made that we treated Ms*** in a racist manner.We truly hope that Ms*** enjoys her ownership experience with her new *** and we are here to answer any questions that she may have on the contract she signed
