We have attempted to work with Mr*** to resolve this situation Attached is the contract he signed that states that we are unable to warranty sod as it is a perishable product Mr*** was provided with a shade tolerant sod, but unfortunately it did not survive We
offered to replace the sod with a far more expensive sod and offered for him to pay 50% of the job, which we were not obligated to do, as we do not offer any warranty He chose not to accept our offer, which we believe was more than fair I have attached his initial signed contract and the email that I sent him to confirm our conversation/offer

I was the one who offered to pay for 1/2 of the COST of the Grass to rectify this situation.
