[redacted] was very knowledgeable regarding all of the flooring options that Bill Knight offered. We were thinking of putting vinyl plank flooring in our basement and we must have looked through at least 100 samples, taking them home to see how they would match with our current color schemes. After much deliberation we decided to switch from vinyl plank to carpet. Again, we put [redacted] through her paces and she again was very patient and explained in detail all of the carpet selections we could choose from and what would probably be the best for our project. [redacted] and [redacted] (I think) were our installers and they were very friendly and did an outstanding job at putting our carpet in. We are planning on doing our upstairs flooring in a couple of years so now to save us quite a few steps in which flooring company we will choose, we are going to head straight back to Bill Knight and have [redacted] be our sales rep.
